Filings are accepted at the Stanly County Board of Elections office located at 1000 N First Street Suite 16, Albemarle. Candidate Filings will be accepted between noon July 5th, 2013 and noon July 19th, 2013. Fees may be made by cash or check, payable to the Stanly County Board of Elections.  You must be a resident of the municipality and/or district to file for municipal seats.
